Neutral Brown shade is a brown eyeshadow packaged in handy little tin that can be repurposed or easily recycled. 

Applying the eyeshadow powder wet will give it maximum colour impact, and applying it dry will produce a subtle shimmer of colour. This shade can also be used for colouring in eyebrows or as a brown eyeliner.
