This pack of multivitamins contains Vitamin A, Vitamin B, Biotin, Vitamin D, Vitamin B12, Vitamin B6 and Folic Acid to help with a vegan and vegetarian diet. 

The vitamins are packaged in a home compostable, resealable bag to keep the gummies fresh. 

Recommended daily intake is 2 gummies for adults, and 1 gummy for children over 3 years.

Do not exceed stated dose. Store in a cool, dry place, away from sunlight. Store out of reach of young children. Please consult a doctor if you are pregnant, breastfeeding or taking any prescription medication before taking any supplements. Food supplements should not be taken to replace a varied and balanced diet. Discontinue use if any adverse reactions occur.
