This sustainable wooden Christmas tree is made with responsibly-sourced wood from a Norfolk forest. Handmade, each Christmas tree is unique and reusable year after year.

This alternative Christmas tree is handcrafted using wood from coppiced trees where the hazel wood has been cut back to encourage regrowth and longevity.

The trees are coppiced on a twelve year rotation, ensuring that the wood used for these Christmas trees would have been harvested anyway.

To assemble, simply slot the branches over the central pole, onto the base.

The wooden Christmas tree is available in various sizes:

• 3ft (90cm) tall x 2ft 4 inch (70cm) widest
• 4ft (120cm) tall x 2ft 7 inch (80cm) widest
• 5ft (150cm) tall x 3ft (90cm) widest
• 6ft (180cm) tall x 3ft (90cm) widest

Materials

Made from hazel wood sourced sustainable from wood that would have been discarded.

These hazel branches come from trees in the Swanton Novers estate in North Norfolk, harvested as part of the woodland management of the designated Site of Special Scientific Interest (SSSI).
